    Hi all,

I’m struggling with a plugin search, and after a few hours of trial and error I figured I’d ask around for help.

I’m working on a portfolio for a graphic artist. I have galleries of his work, and different art can have various ratios. I’d love to be able to choose which artwork (element of gallery) can be wider than others in the gallery.

In other words, I’m looking for a responsive/justified gallery that allows me to decide which images will use more space than others.

It might be that I don’t use the proper keywords or that I’m not looking for the right features, but all I’ve tried so far hasn’t matched my requirements.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
    Take care!
    Paul

  • Word you are looking for is masonry. Try searching for masonry Image gallery plugins. There are plenty.

    Hope this helps

    Thanks for the help kaushalstheh.

I was actually looking more for a “justified” gallery: one criteria I forgot to mention is that I need the images to be aligned horizontally (line after line).

I ended up finding something close to what I need with FooGallery, pretty famous plugin so I can’t figure out why I didn’t hit it before. Although to be fair it doesn’t exactly do what I was looking for initially (the ability to point individual images that could use a wider portion of the grid than others) but with some tweaks and compromises I got it somewhere I was happy with.

    Thanks for the help.
