Any Limit on adding number of files upload?

Hi,
Is there any limit on adding number of files to a download. Whenever i try to add files more than 11 the earlier upload gets automatically deleted and when i update the post again with additional files, the earlier ones gets delected and files are selected at random and is limit to only 11 files.
