For those of us who purchased the Pro version, is there a way to get actual support other than pay $250 per incident?

Multiple support requests through the website form – which sends out an autoresponse – don’t seem to get any human response.

Maybe they only pay attention if you pay them even MORE money…?

I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t get a reply yet. We’re working on getting up to speed with the amount of support requests we get every day. Could you please tell me what your support ticket is about so I can try to help you out?

I’m sorry, I didn’t realize you were official support. I just thought you were a generous and active person on this board.

My developer submitted a couple of questions via the website contact form. Specifically I believe they were regarding getting Pro Dev mode working. He tried adding the constant to wp-config but fragment caching didn’t seem to be working for him. The only way he has got it to work was for us to have an actual paid license in place. We purchased a license because we didn’t get a response.

Should this work without a paid license?

Adding the contant to the wp-config file allows you to use a paid license in a dev environment while also using it in production environment, so you won’t have to pay for multiple licenses on the same website in different environments. You still have to put in the license key to activate the pro features though.

I hope this answers your question. Please mark this topic as resolved if you don’t have any more questions for me.

Thanks for letting me know, and for supporting this plugin.

It’d be nice if the text on the website was clearer about this.
