Any Picture/Video gallery plugin for this HTML layout?

Greetings!

I am doing a custom theme for a client, after I created the complete website in HTML/CSS. If you go to check the demo of the site:

acdemo.filete.net

And in the PORTFOLIO page, you find a picture gallery just made with a main content <div> with other div′s inside.

Is there any plugin that I can use for making this same effect, but of course with the easy management for the client to upload new pictures/videos as they wish, and they will keep scrolling down the page as the portfolio get bigger.
And also with the option to keep inside the right-left margins of the layout and maybe with a way to pop up a lightbox for a slideshow when user clicks on a specifc picture?

Concerning getting the set of pictures from a particular portfolio picture, right now it
just goes to a new HTML page and show everything down the page, but I think the client might prefer a lightbox.

All the help on this would be great.
This is really my first time doing a complete custom layout, and converting my HTML/CSS project into WordPress. Its a difficult task for starters, but I am really enjoying ??
