Any plan to add shortcode or php tag support in Markup?

Hi dear,

First of all I would love to thank you for a very useful and easy to implement infinite scroll and it happens to be the only one that is usable with my theme. You have done a very great job!

However, it would be way more useful if the shortcodes or php tag can be added to markup. This will help with the decoration between the posts with some useful content and will add the dynamic look to the infinite scroll.

Are you planning on releasing this feature anytime? Or can you guide me of how to do so I may modify and add it by myself somehow?
