    Hello,

    Thanks for reply.

    Two questions please?

1# Could you please let us know what does “Close Pop” means exactly in your screenshot?

2# Does it relay one Cron to set email? if yes, there will still be some delay to send email out, right?

    Thanks

The “Close popup text” will show here: https://prnt.sc/0cOdoOvbXE6_

It simply works as a close button.

For the rule to send email, it works depends on cron job, based on your website is using cronserver or default WordPress’s.

    Oh…No.

This plugin is great, and I really like the plugin with straight forword function.

    Here is an example:

Only a custom add item into cart, an Pop up will show up, and ask for input email address to receive a coupon:

    https://prnt.sc/8gKsjQ_1qsco

That is exactly what we want, but not send email out only if the customer exit_intent or ignore, or close Pop Up.

    WHy?

1# It is not same as Coupon Box for asking subscrible.

2# According to our test, 99% of recovered orders were from the coupon email within 1 minutes, less 1% were recovered within 5 minutes, and there were never order recovered more than 30 hours.

Why? a customer said:” Online shopping is not only pricing cost, but also time assumption, we hate abondand cart email, because the seller is less sincerity.

    less sincerity

So, the best way to save Abandoned Cart is before they abandoned, but not after they abandoned, because the customer will never give opportunity for us to save.

That is why we just ask send email to customer upon email input int Popup form.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Seems it’s the same request as in this ticket: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-verify-customer-email-address-by-sending-a-coupon/

We have this function in the pro version: https://nimb.ws/5k7hB1

    Best regards.

    Hello,

Sorry, I missed your last post.

However, I believe it does not work as expected, because I think an email will be sent out immediately with that feature. The email will still be delayed, right?

and here is an example what we expect:

    https://prnt.sc/s0aGLvWBA6TA

Please note we changed some text to match our purpose.

    What we expect:

    1# Monitor Abandond cart

2# Send email to customer Upon their confirming.

    In more detials:

1# It still work as Monitor Abandoned Cart, so that we can know all of Abandoned orders.

2# Upon adding item to cart, form will Popup.

3# Input email address, an coupon email will be sent immediately to guest or customer.

I know there is Coupon Box plugin from you, but there are big difference.

What is the difference between this plugin and your Coupon Box?

1# Coupon Box can work for send email immediately out to customer. but it will not Popup only upon add item to cart.

2# Coupon Box does not monitor Abandond cart.

3# Popup by Coupon Box is triggered by view, scroll or condition on page, but “Add to Cart” action is most conversion action.

    So, again, we still expect

    1# Monitor Abandond cart

2# Send email with coupon only upon a customer try to place order or purchase intend.

I just suppose that you already take this one into consideration, right?

2# Send email to customer Upon their confirming.

It was two months ago, any plan to release?

    Great thanks

Yes, we take this “2# Send email with coupon only upon a customer try to place order or purchase intend.” into consideration. At the moment, we don’t have a specific timeline for releasing new updates, including the one you suggested.

Our development roadmap is based on various factors, including the overall demand for features, technical feasibility, and alignment with our product strategy.

While we can’t provide an exact timeframe for when your requested feature will be implemented, we appreciate your input. Your suggestions are essential in helping us improve our plugin and provide a better experience for all users.
