Hi Folks,

My company uses WP Editor on their production site.

I see that the plugin is only supported up to WordPress 4.3.1.

Do you have any plans for further development?

It would be great to see support and development continued for this plugin into WordPress 4.4 and beyond, even if it meant offering a premium paid version.

Doing this would give existing users some continuity, and prevent the need from migrating to a different content editor, which might be very difficult.

Yes, the plugin will have further development, though it may come here and there. The plugin does work on WordPress 4.4.1, even though it does not state that currently. I will posting an update to that effect soon.

Yes, the plugin should work just fine with 4.5. There are a few known issues, that shouldn’t affect too much functionality, and they have been around for a little while. They will be fixed in the next release.

Can you point me to a page describing known issues please?

A website is managed by beginners to intermediates in WordPress, and they might not be able to get around some issues with functionality.

Hello,

I found no issue at the moment in my case and i am testing the plugin a long time;)
so it could be enough to change the “tested up to” in the readme.txt?

Your list of the issues can be shown in the readme, too.
So everybody knows about it.

I am using WP 4.5.2
