Any plugin for my website??

Hi all

Hope I am posting in a right place. I am making a website with below feature like a stock trading page (allow user to trade my products but not stock)

Is there any plugin(s) (can be any paid or free plugin) which support:
1. Admin creates products and users can post the ask/bid price for trading the product
2. Transaction will be made if the ask price matched with the bid price
3. A list of product which can show the latest price of the product?
4. (additional) a function which can plot a graphic for the price trend
