Any plugins that can do this?

I know there are tons of form builder plugins, but I’m trying to do something a little more complex than your typical contact form. What I want to do is create an online pledge page where viewers can pledge not to do something. it would consist of name, location, and comment, but instead of going to me I want the most recent ones to publish to a page on the site viewable for all. I also want to establish some kind of counter that will show how many people submitted.
I don’t know how to code, so I’m really hoping there is a plugin or something that can do these things. basically, a form plugin who’s responses publish to the website and which keeps public count of submissions.
