any short-code for this plugin??

Hi,
Love the clean simple design and works great now I can easily remove the Title if necessary (see previous post; with ‘fix’ being to input ‘<none>’ in the widget title area).
But I’m now redesigning a child theme for WP 2012, so using the frontpage template without a sidebar… so would love either a short-code for input into a page… or even something that could be dropped into a header image??
I believe I’d have to add something into the functions.php or header.php file to enable the short-code, which would be Ok in a child theme.
Looking forward to your comments.
