Reward system with a raffle

I have a point rewards system set up already but I wish to specifically be able to set up a raffle type system that motivates people monthly to be a customer atleast make 1 purchase… to randomly be picked that month out of other customers for free x amount of cash. I’ve seen some plugins that do raffles on products but not what I’m describing.

Also I’m wondering if anyone knows of a plugin that sends a % of each product sale to be contributed to an environment type thing where it’s officially confirmed?
