Hi, I hope you can help. For the last couple of days I have been unable to apply any updates to items under the Woocommerce banner on my website. This includes creating and updating products as well as coupons.

I can fill in all the details but when I hit publish or update it ends up with a 404 error on my actual site. It takes me out of the backend of the site and onto the 404 error that a user would get.

Updates to blog posts and pages work as normal so this appears to be an error with woocommerce.

Is the same happin with me and another things, I don’t have any Ideia about what we must do. I’ve already tryed return the version of woocommerce and the theme but not was a sucessful.

These types of problems can usually be traced to a plugin or theme conflict.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve this issue:

1.) To begin, please make sure that your theme and all plugins are up to date.

2.) Try to deactivate all the plugins except for WooCommerce to see if the issue persists. If the problem goes away, re-activate and test each plugin to see if you can determine which plugin the problem originates from.

3.) If the above does not resolve the issue, try switching your theme to the Storefront theme (https://woocommerce.com/storefront/) and see if it works correctly. If it does, you’ll want to contact your theme’s developers and see if they have a fix/update.
