    Hi,
    I begin to use your awesome plugin but I don’t know how I can change the support staff in all tickets.
    I see only my admin account in the list of users who are the support staff.
    Please, help me. I don’t understand why.

    I have tested with a fresh install, default theme, only your plugin, with one user by role (support agent, user, manager, supervisor…) but only my admin account can be the support staff for all tickets.

    I think I know the reason why. Please try again now and see if the list of users correctly shows all agents.

    Ok that’s what I thought then. It is related to the way users lists are handled.

    In order to avoid performance issues on sites with large amounts of users, users lists are cached for 24 hours.

    This obviously needs improvement, like clearing the cache when a new user is added or when one is deleted. This caching thing was done very quickly to fix huge performance issues on large sites.

    Until next version, if you add a new user, you either need to wait for 24 hours before he appears of clear the cache. I known it sucks. We’ll fix it.

    Either dig inside the database, or use WP-Sweep.

    I used WP-Sweep for resolving this little issue, before your next version.
