Any way for someone to subscribe (email) by category?

Our side is separate via post categories. Most people will be interested in just one or two of the categories and I’d like to give them the ability to get an email any time a new post is made in a category they want.

I haven’t been able to find any way to do this. Anyone have a good way to make this work?
