Any way to add a custom tab?

    Is there any way to add a custom 4th tab (next to profile, photos, and map)? For example, sometimes our chapters have downloadable items. We would like to create a custom tab allowing people to click those resources.

    Is there a way to create this and expand this plugin to support that function?
