any way to creat plugin with only one setting page and nothing else?

i am new to your precious framework.
then thanks.
but i want to start with a plugin which have no model, no view, no controller.
my plugin will contain only one setting page which should do ajax job by setting some variables.
can you please help me?
i read all docs in wpmvc.org, but could not understand what should i do.
i copy the setting folder from example plugin, but error.
i removed function and settings item associated with that function, but error.
i think i should do some job before, but have no idea.
