Any way to edit content?

Is there any way for anyone to edit the content of a ticket? I said in a previous support thread that I wanted to use the search function quite a bit, but it will only search by subject and content. I’m looking at situations where a customer says:
Customer (content): I need help with X
Customer (reply): Actually I also need YI would like for (at least) the administrator to be able to edit the original content so that it shows a summary of all the replies that have happened so far, so that I can search by them.
However, I noticed that you can’t edit a ticket once it’s been created. How do I change that?
