Any way to import hierarchical comments?

Hi there, your plugin is truly wonderful, it’s been an absolute life-saver!
Is there any way to preserve the hierarchic structure of comments when importing from CSV?
I was thinking, if the feature is not available right now, it might be possible to use the ‘temporary’ IDs assigned when putting the comments into the CSV line items to re-create the hierarch, using the temp ID of a parent comment as the parent id of comments that ‘belong’ to that parent comment.
