Any way to obfuscate a tel no but retain smartphone clickability

It’s not a big feature, so hopefully it can arrive as soon as the issues in the pull request are corrected.

Yes, this would be a great feature. More and more, people are realizing how useful a “tel:” hyperlink is. But having your (cell/mobile) phone # harvested by spammers is even worse than your email address.
