Any way to refresh single Woocommerce product page when stock changes?

For example, say a customer makes an order of 1 product from our Woocommerce page, and the stock of that item decreases from 50 to 49 quantity. Upon an order being processed, since single page only cache would be regenerated, without clearing every page on the site.

I found this option which seems to wipe every page on the site anytime a product is updated, which is probably overkill.
