• This is our website – https://www.lenco.co.uk

    It was created by a web developer and I’ve been updating it myself, I have no experience whatsoever so have used visual editor.

    There is a space between the slider at the top and the buttons underneath and was wondering how I can reduce this? I’ve tried creating a new page without the revolution slider and instead using an image gallery – https://www.lenco.co.uk/homepagealt and still can’t do it!

    Here’s the code;

    [vc_row][vc_column width="1/1"][vc_column_text][su_slider source="media: 925,924,923,919,920,921,922,918" title="no" arrows="no" pages="no" mousewheel="no"][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width="1/4"][vc_column_text][su_button url="https://www.lenco.co.uk/way-finding/" style="glass" background="#cc3399" size="5" wide="yes" center="yes" radius="5"]Wayfinding[/su_button][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/4"][vc_column_text][su_button url="https://www.lenco.co.uk/branding/" style="glass" background="#cc3399" size="5" wide="yes" center="yes" radius="5"]Branding & Graphics[/su_button][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/4"][vc_column_text][su_button url="https://www.lenco.co.uk/digital-media/" style="glass" background="#cc3399" size="5" wide="yes" center="yes" radius="5"]Digital Media[/su_button][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/4"][vc_column_text][su_button url="https://www.lenco.co.uk/project-management-2/" style="glass" background="#cc3399" size="5" wide="yes" center="yes" radius="5"]Project Management[/su_button][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width="1/1"][vc_column_text]<strong>Lenco International is a globally active Design Consultancy specialising in the design of Branding, Wayfinding Systems?and Signage.</strong>

    Anyone help? Thanks

    The three divs that make up the centre of the page all have this css:

    .wpb_row, .wpb_content_element, ul.wpb_thumbnails-fluid > li, .last_toggle_el_margin, .wpb_button {
    margin-bottom: 35px;
    }

    So they all have a 35px margin at the bottom.

    Personally, I think it looks fine as it is.

    Thanks, appreciate the comments! If I wanted to change this spacing how would I go about it? Sorry for the noobish question!

    Reduce the size of the margin-bottom? If you’re using a child theme, enter the CSS I posted above and make the number smaller than 35px. Alternatively use a CSS plugin:

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/simple-custom-css/

    Bear in mind that this is not a plug and play thing, you’re going to understand a little about CSS.

    I know nothing about CSS so may live with it for now then! Will have a look at what you have posted though and do a bit of reading up
