    No, you need to upload all the rest of the wordpress files. All you’ve uploaded is wp-config.php.

    Then that’s what I don’t know how to do, upload the whole directory. Should I just redo it?

    Just upload the rest of the WP files (there will be a folder called wp-admin, wp-content, and wp-incluces and a bunch of php files) to the same place you uploaded the wp-config.php.

    I can’t download it to an html file and that’s all I see. And I just tried it and it didn’t go. Anything else I can give you?

    It’s been resolved. Support at one.com did it for me. ??

    I guess that’s my advice for anyone who has one.com questions.
