Once the message is dismissed it, it takes some time for it to be displayed again. When it appears again I shall upload a screenshot.

The message has re-appeared and I have taken a screen shot but I can find no way I can add the image for you. How can I get a screenshot to you?

This error message is not related to Members plugin at all. You can search for this string coming from which plugin using String locator plugin.
