Anyone can show me the way to redirect users IP to corresponding links?

    Hi guys. I really need your help. Here is my question:

    I have this website and my website provides 2 languages French and Portuguese.
    I want that there are users from France or Brazil coming to my website, then they will be redirected automatically /fr/ and /pt/
    (Others from different countries will be redirected to the original link)
    In the future, we will have other languages.
    Can anyone recommend me ways or plugin to do this?
