Anyone get conditional logic to work based on a text area?

While conditional logic works perfectly for most fields, it seems to not work based on a TextArea “Contains” or “Empty” conditions. I’m in UM 2.1.4, WordPress 5.4.1 with no conflicts on a cloned site.

Specifically, I’m trying to show a checkbox only when a textarea field contains, say, a letter “A”. I’d also be happy to hide the checkbox if the textarea is ’empty’ Either way.

All other conditional logic settings works great. Just not with TextArea.

Anyone else have it working?
