Anyone had any success getting Zettle to sync WooCommerce variable products? We just installed the WooCommerce plugin (and are really excited about it). All simple products inventory and pricing synced just fine but none of the variable products are syncing. All say “Not synced. Not syncable. – Not purchasable”. Of course all the variable products are “purchasable” so it must be something else. Already tried the “disable all plugins” routine and there’s nothings special about the products – only color and size for variable attributes, all are priced, no more than 3 attributes, etc.

    Hello @bhaddock

thank you for reaching out, we are here to help.
The variable products should be synchronizing just as the simple products do. You already stated the 3 attributes (I would not go over 100 variations on them), so that is the most common issue our users encounter.
Have you checked the Zettle logs for any clues? You can find these logs here:
    – WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “zettle-pos-integration-\[…\]” in the dropdown and click on view.

If you want us to take a look at this for you, please provide these logs and the system report.

If you don’t feel comfortable sharing those details on a public forum, please open a ticket with our service desk. You can find the instruction for this here: https://zettle.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
(please add the URL of this thread in the ticket as well)

    Kind regards,
    Joost

I just added another variable product with a single variable – color. Not much is showing up in the log file though.

    Hello @bhaddock

those logs look like the standard webhook registration, but nothing else. I believe you have already engaged us with the logs via our service desk (IZ-402), so let’s keep working there for now.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
