Anyone know of a Blogger.com plugin that automatically updates WordPress blog

I am looking for a plugin which will allow a person to log into and create a blog entry using blogger.com and then it automatically update to a WordPress blog in the form of a post, images as well. I also need it to set an image in the blogger post to set that image as a featured image within its WordPress blog post.
