Anyone know of a tutorial for Renden Pro wtih WordPress 4.5.3?

Can anyone recommend a current tutorial video for wordpress 4.5.3 with Think Up Themes’ “Renden Pro” theme? I purchased the theme last week and we cannot find our way through the basic set up.
For now, we’re stuck trying to set up a menu beneath the header that can link to other pages i.e. archives, news items, and a podcast.
We have perused countless tutorial videos and forums over the past week, but their menu and sub-menu categories don’t match up with what we have here.
The Think Up Themes site is where we first began our search for help last week. They don’t have an active help forum (coming soon) and nothing comes up in searches in their “Knowledge Base.”
If any members here know of a tutorial for this combo, please do let me know. Thanks!
