Anyone that can help with a template problem

Hey.
I found a template over on OSW

I cant get the navigation and the sidebar to come to the right places. they end up under the footer and i really dont want them there. ??
Another thing is the line under the header is not comming up where its supposed to be..
Anyone that could either tell me how to do this or if any skilled persone could fix it for me i would love you forever ??
