Anyone use text to speach plugins?

Looking for recommendations.
I stumbled upon today.
Did some research.
Lots of free but limited plugins from what I can see?

But then you can get a better free offer from Amazon, Azure, Google and even IBM (I think). They give you a million characters free.

Would love to use on my websites.
So looking for feedback on best plugins to use.
