Anyone want to help style my single.php

I took a theme and changed it to suit myself. I have to fix the single.php styles though and for some reason, every time I get the sidebars to come up on the top of the screen the post does not show. Then if I move things around and get the post to show, the sidebars are dangling at the bottom and the post itself is only minimally styled.
