Anyone willing to donate a plugin?

  • Hi all, I am not a coder so have no idea where to start but I am volunteering my time building a wordpress for a volunteer fire service.

    What I’m hoping is someone out there could donate their expertise and build me a plugin that will take some information from an RSS feed and display a 1 of 3 different graphic images based on the information in the RSS feed.
    There are a few other things I’d like it to do also but will discuss if there is anyone able to help.
