Anyone willing to help?

Hey there WP members!

Currently, I am working on designing a wordpress theme for my blog in photoshop and, i’ll be honest with you, it is looking awsome! The only problem with that is that it’s in photoshop, just as an image. I was wondering if there are any pro coders that would be willing to help me out in accomplishing the coding/css part.
