    Anyway to allow AUTHORS access to change message on the banner?
    Right now, just ADMIN users can change it

    Right now there is no way to allow anyone but Admin users. Doing otherwise would require a code change. I have added this feature to my backlog to investigate.

    thats a feature that you can add to your licenses paid version
