    Hello,

It seems that it supports sending coupons to customer with the time limit by Send mail rules. For now, the minimum time is 1 minute.

We just want to send an email with a coupon immediately upon email input. It is not only a great way to send coupon immediately to customer, but also it is a great way to verify if the email address is valid.

    Is that possible?

Or, could you please provide a short codesnippt to allow set the minimum time to be seconds?

    Thanks

    Hello,

I think all of the processes very carefully, and I think it would be much great if it support setting “time to send” to be “0”, or allowing time to be seconds so that we can send the email immediately when a customer input email.

Could you please provide a short code snippet to allow set the minimum time to be  0 or by seconds ?

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I’m sorry for the late reply.

We’ve discussed an, unfortunate this option is not in our plugin roadmap. If we made it send by seconds, it’ll affect site speed significantly. So for now we don’t plan to add it.

    Best regards.

Thanks, so is there an alternative way to allow set out email to customer immediately upon submitting, just like the wording way of a contact form ?

    Hello again,

I understand the email will be sent out at send time, and it is actually relayed on cron job, right?

That is why it will affect site speed or performance.

Maybe, you can set it optional not relayed on time cron job, but relayed on the trigger of a submit button by customer, like “ view cart” or “ verify email “ .

Actually, yes, I think this is also a great way to verify customer’ email address and send coupon at the same time.

we believe the conversation rate will be greatly improved if the coupon can be sent upon request by this way, because the delayed abandoned with coupon is not much helpful for now.

thanks, and looking forward to your reply.

    Hi,

It’s unfortunate that sending coupon is not a function of abandoned cart plugin. We also don’t have it in our roadmap because it’s integrated in another plugin already. You can try this one: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-coupon-box/

@angelagrey Please do not use short links in these forums again, that has been abused in the past and is expanded when found. I have expanded yours.
