AO above the fold scrolling issue

First of I have to say, that this plugin is really awesome and reliable, but I noticed one issue with my site or with the plugin and I couldn’t find any solution yet.

I enabled AO and did all the things included with above the fold optimization. After being done, I thought that everything was well, until I noticed that scrolling stopped working on the woocommerce pages. Homepage functions properly, but uses anchor scrolling.

How can I fix this?
Currently I have disabled the above fold optimization.
