    Hi, one thing that I need is that approving comments from Cleantalk, I stiil need to confirm them befor publishing, and the second issues is that when I confirm the first user’s comment, the user can comment and replying without approving.
    I checked the Cleantalk comment setings and did not find any settings regarding my desire.
    Could you please confirm If I am able to confirm all comments manually, even for users who are already approved. The reason is that The user might have bad replies after his first comment in one blog post. So, I need to confirm all comments manualy.

    Probably the second state of the service comments management setting could help.

    Also, check the WP option “Before a comment appears” on /wp-admin/options-discussion.php

    Yeah that is true, I was not sure when I use your service, WordPress Discussion settings wouild work or not. After testing I found Out that as I expected your service just filter the comments and after approving comments, I still have my own control over WP Discussion settings to approve them for publishing or not.
    And for my second question also I needed to check all boxes in “Before a comment appears” Discussion settings to approve all comments manually one by one.

    Also I just test to send one comment using my email address and it blocked my comment, while I did use any VPS as well, and when I had a look at dashboard to see what is the reason, It did not show anythings wrong.
    So how can I trust if this happens for our users???

    And when I turn on my VPN it blocked my comment as well, but nowadays many people use VPN for different purposese, do you think it is a good idea to block all comments from all VPNs?

    I’ve found your test requests.

    Part of them contained just one link and nothing more.

    Another part was blocked by the reason of often posting from the same IP address/email address.

    One request was blocked by the reason of the hazardous subnet type detected.
