wp-includes not aggregated, why?

what do you have in the JS optimization exclusion list audioscavenger ?

i have wp-includes/js/tinymce/, js/jquery/jquery.min.js

OK, in that case this is likely Autoptimize’s “compatibility logic” which automatically excludes wp-includes/js/dist if is finds wp.i18n or wp.apiFetch or window.lodash in the HTML. You can disable that compatibility logic with this code snippet (but it might result in your JS being broken off course);

add_filter( 'autoptimize_filter_compatibility_gutenberg_js', '__return_false' );
