ap mega menu will not disable on mobile

  • Hi there we have a site Matcha tea uk and is currently under development. I am using AP Mega menu which is pretty cool but non of the functions work for responsive mobile mode.

    First of all i tried to use ap mega menu for responsive but it keeps displaying the main large menu on small mobile devices etc. I have gone to appearance menus, then tried to disable menu items on mobile mode but it carries on displaying. I have disabled mobile view via the general settings section of the plugin and it still displays it on responsive mode. I have installed a separate responsive menu for responsive mode which does display on mobile divides, but despite it showing, ap mega main menu also shows this has irritated me so much. Please help

    Hello there,

    Thank you for writing in.

    Please update the latest version of our plugin and to disable menu on mobile version , you need to disable AP Mega Menu in mobile by disabling the options on Common General Settings and Mobile settings options > Enable AP Mega Menu on Mobile.

    Hi there thanks for reply. But i tried everything and updating just now. I want the ap mega menu normal version and mobile version totally disabled on mobile mode as i will use another mobile menu plugin for mobile. the website is Matcha tea uk please check it in mobile mode, You will see the ap menu and my new mobile menu it looks so weird please help with somesort of shortcode to get rid of menu on mobile mode thank you.
