Apache causes upload error

I use Linode VPS. When I open Apache, the rewrite can be used but upload always error.

I close Apache, upload will be fine but I really need rewrite support.

I check the FTP, I found some of the pics just upload part of it, some of the pic can be upload fully, but the wordpress upload always show:

An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.

How to fix the error?
