This actually applies to all of our clients so the domain isn’t very useful in this case. We are looking at adding the premium bundle (unlimited) for all of our clients in the next few months and we tend to stick with products that work well. However, the overview page is triggering Apache mod_sec. The result is that the tiles don’t load any data and return an XHR error notice in place of the data. Please install mod_sec on your dev setup for testing and push an update to address this. We don’t want to bring this out to our clients with any issues. We run on Google VMs and mod_sec is an absolute must for us. Thank you in advance.

    Hi @richardkentgates

We’ve attempted to replicate the issue using the default configuration but were unable to reproduce the problem. To assist us in diagnosing this further, could you please double-check the configuration you’ve applied?

Additionally, providing any relevant Apache error logs generated during the occurrence of this issue would greatly help us in pinpointing the cause.

    Best regards,
