Apache out of date, but it’s not

When I install this plugin, it give me this error:
WP Healthcheck: Your Apache version () is obsolete and is not officially supported anymore! Please contact your developers and/or hosting company to upgrade your Apache to version 2.2.0 or greater as soon as possible.
But I checked with my host, and I am running Apache 2.4
How can I fix this?
