Hi there. Over the past weekend, my website was compromised by Crypto malware. I managed to roll it back to a clean version but I cannot access my wordpress dashboard. After logging in, it displays as plain text. I checked my Google Console and I see the error: APBCT_AJAX_ERROR

I also see 403 errors if I try click on any links listed in the plain text (i.e. Plugins, Media, etc…).

Are you able to please assist as it seems like the APBCT error is linked to CleanTalk. Please do note that I am unable to access anything in the backend so I cannot change any settings through the wordpress dashboard.

    Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @weblabza,

Please try to delete the plugin folder:

1.Log in to your Hosting Account.
    2. Locate the folder of your website.
    3. Delete the Anti-Spam Plugin’s folder here: /wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect

    Does it work?

No, the error is still present and the dashboard is still not loading correctly.

In this way, I believe the issue is not connected to our plugin. I recommend you to contact your hosting provider support regarding this matter.

    Thank you.
