Apex Pro Customise Feature Not Loading

    I’m having issues with the Customise feature under the Appearance side panel option in my Dashboard.

    Typically, when I’ve clicked the “Customise” option, my website homepage loads with a side panel of features on the side and I’m able to see the changes I’m making accordingly. However, when I logged in today, the side panel loads but the homepage won’t and instead a popup appears that indicates my WordPress session has expired and asks me to log in again. Even when I log in, the homepage never loads. I’ve cleared my cache, reset my password, tried on different browsers, chatted with Blue Host and I can’t seem to get this to work.

    Any help would be much appreciated!

    Most often, an issue like this is due to an error from a plugin. Can you try deactivating your plugins temporarily, and see if this fixes it?

    You can bulk deactivate them using the top checkbox and bulk action dropdown menu in the Plugins page. If this fixes the issue, you can reactivate them one-by-one until you find which plugin is causing the issue.

    Deactivating your plugins in this way won’t have any impact on their settings.

    Okay thanks for trying that. Can you check if each of the following are up to date on your site?

    Newest versions:

    Apex: 1.12
    Apex Pro: 1.08
    WordPress: 4.3.1
