    Hi there,

    Our client purchased the pro version of your plugin. There are no fields in the plugin main page to insert the api/domain keys.

    Your contact form on the WordPress page of your website won’t submit, so I am trying here.

    Please let me know the steps to get this working.

    Thank you for reaching out. We found a mismatch in the database where your domain was added as https://www.contentcreatorawards.co.za and your domain URL is in fact https://contentcreatorawards.co.za (without the www) We will implement a fix to avoid this from happening in the future with other clients.

    In the meanwhile, we manually fixed the domain in our database leading to a fix of your logged issue.
