API and IP issue

    After receiving an API error I ran terminal command which showed that my hosts server is a blocked IP from Akamai. The host wants to know the IP and mailchimp and Akamai don’t provide any further info. How do I provide the info to the host to resolve, or what do I do to resolve? Of course without API operating no links are working between mailchimp and woocomernce. I have no support with mailchimp. Thanks.
