As you may have noticed, the error message message reads:
The message port closed before a response was received.

Per you SSR the PHP Time Limit is 300. This is the amount of time in seconds that your site spends on a single operation before timing out (to avoid server lockups).

Therefore, increasing this time limit may help.

so may I know where should I go to increase the time limit? So sorry for the question as Im new to this.

Never mind. You may want to get in touch with your hosting provider for the time limit enhancement.

Before reaching out to them, you could take a look into your cPanel for such a setting. If you’re unsure, it is safest to have your host take care of this.

but it seems that it is failing after I change the API secret key then this happened. Meaning that, before changing the API secret key, it was okay and the text fields for the credit cards were appearing. I doubt it may be with the time limit?

However in the plugin, after I have change the API key, it’s all in green tick and that when I test connection, all is good as well. Is there any solution to this?

Thanks for sharing that error.

Have you attempted finding a possible conflict with your theme or one of your active plugins? If not it’s worth testing with just WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe, along with the default Storefront theme to see what happens.

Also, can you try using the tools to clear transients and cache in WordPress Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > Tools?

Yes have tested it with all other plug-ins deactivated and clear transients and caches in tools. Nope it’s still not working. The Credit card text field is still not appearing. With the same error code. Just wanted to give a brief update. I have contacted the Stripe Support team, and rerolling both the API and the secret key have allowed me to see the credit card text fields again. Thank you!
