    hi there,

    we have installed WP-Chatbot Facebook Messenger plugin but we get API Communication Error. any idea?

    how we can PM you the following? we need to protect our client’s privacy.

    The API Communication Error is a general error unfortunately so I need some more information in order help out.

    In order to troubleshoot can you please send me your Facebook email and Facebook page id?
    You can find the Facebook Page ID by clicking about on the Facebook page (it is on the right side).

    If you can get a screenshot of the error that would be very helpful.

    Hi Tom/ Sonny,

    Our engineers added a notification system that will give us more visibility to what’s causing this error. I would really appreciate if you can try this again. Please make that you installed the latest version. This time even if you encounter the error, we will have more data about the exception.

    The FB Messenger Chat doesnt show up. Any idea?

    It says its connected with the fb page but as I have said it doesn’t work. any idea?

    This is the page that will receive messages from your website visitors.
