API credentials not being saved by WP plugin

Hi, I already reported this issue by email but I′m not getting proper help. I’m a suscriber that can’t make use of the service because every time I input the API credentials in WP, the information doesn’t save. I reached Karim and he provided his IP so I could allow it on my firewall. I did it and it’s not working.
