API credentials NOT saving in WP

  • Hi, I am trying to update the API setting in WordPress with the Activecampaign ones but after I press save everything vanishes. Nothing is working for me. I really am at a loss of how to connect WP and ACtive campaign

  • I ran into this problem as well. The API keys only work if you have the Plus, Pro or Enterprise level ActiveCampaign account. Until you upgrade, the plugin will continue to “reject them” and won’t save them.
